Mrs. Phala is a dedicated and compassionate leader who believes in equal opportunities for all learners. She fosters an inclusive environment where every child is supported and encouraged to excel. Her commitment extends beyond the classroom, as she ensures that the school’s resources are available for community meetings and is always ready to lend a helping hand, such as providing borehole water in times of need. A passionate educator, Mrs. Phala teaches Grade 7 with the aim of instilling knowledge, critical thinking, and a love for learning. Her approach to teaching goes beyond academics, inspiring learners to reach their full potential. Additionally, Mrs. Phala is an accomplished choir trainer and conductor for the Intermediate Choir, ensuring that learners participate in choirs from as early as Grade R. She actively supports teachers in training choirs, fostering a love for music and teamwork among students.
At Pele Primary School, our School Management Team (SMT) works tirelessly to ensure that every learner is given the best possible start in their educational journey. The Admission Committee is dedicated to accommodating all learners, ensuring no child is left behind. The SMT ensures that learners are placed equitably across classrooms, fostering a balanced learning environment where each student receives the attention and resources they need to succeed.

At Pele Primary School, our Admin Assistants embody the Batho Pele principles, always putting the needs of our learners and their families first. They provide seamless support to parents, assisting them through the entire admission process—from the initial application to ensuring learners are successfully placed in their classrooms. For Grade 1 admissions, our administrative team goes the extra mile, helping parents navigate online application processes and ensuring all necessary resources are provided. Additionally, they facilitate communication with other schools, ensuring the smooth transfer of documents for middle grade admissions. Our administrative staff is dedicated to making the admissions experience as efficient and supportive as possible
